How to delete your data

You can ask us at any time to delete the data Aquiles IA keeps about you, including data obtained by connecting Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or Google Ads.

1. Revoke access (optional, immediate)

• In Aquiles IA: Conexiones y permisos (Connections) → choose the platform → Disconnect. We stop using the access immediately.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose "Aquiles IA" and click Remove.
• TikTok or Google Ads: remove Aquiles IA's authorization in TikTok for Business or in your Google Account security settings.

2. Request the deletion of your data

Write to contacto@aquilesia.org with the subject "Delete my data", from your account's email address. Tell us whether you want to delete the whole account or only the data of one connection.

3. What happens next

We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days at most: your account, the business information, the stored access tokens and the imported metrics. Campaigns that already exist on your advertising platforms are not deleted, because they belong to you; you can delete them on those platforms.
